By using this Website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of them, you must not use this Website.

NOTE: This Website Does Not Contain or Provide Medical Or Veterinary Advice. Booking any service provided by Riley’s Ranch or otherwise using this Website, should not be used in any urgent or emergency situations. Any emergency or veterinary services provided by Riley’s Ranch to your pet will be in accordance with your individual agreement with Riley’s Ranch. If you think your pet may have a medical emergency or may need urgent medical assistance, call your veterinarian or an emergency veterinary provider immediately.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this Website. If you are not eighteen (18) years of age, you must not use this Website.

No veterinary-patient-client relationship is created by viewing, using, or interacting with this Website, any Materials, or other interactions with or communications through or about the Services.

While Riley’s Ranch Pet Resort uses a licensed veterinarian to provide veterinary services, it does not itself provide professional veterinary or medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice of any kind on this Website, Materials, or any content accessed from a third-party websites. Any veterinary services provided by Riley’s Ranch shall be in accordance with its contract with you, individually. Any Materials are intended for general informational purposes only and are not intended to be instructional, for medical diagnosis or treatment, or to cover all possible diagnoses, treatment options, uses, directions, precautions, drug interactions or adverse effect.

Please consult your veterinarian or other qualified health provider if you have any questions about your pet’s medical condition or before providing any drug to a pet, changing a pet’s diet, or starting or stopping any course of treatment for a pet. You should not disregard medical advice or delay seeking medical advise as a result of any information that does not come directly from your veterinary professional, and it is your responsibility to review and confirm any such information with your medical or veterinary professional prior to relying on it.

The materials that have been compiled by Riley’s Ranch from internal and external sources for the purpose of providing information about Riley’s Ranch, its partners, and its products and services to customers and other permitted users. Riley’s Ranch reserves the right to make changes to the information, data, and Materials provided on this Website at anytime without notice.

In these terms and conditions, user content means materials (including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio recordings) that you submit to this Website for any purpose.
